This class is the perfect introduction to the world of pottery! You'll get to experience two different ways of working with clay: throwing on the pottery wheel and creating something by hand. Whether you're a total beginner or have played with clay before, this experience is all about getting creative, trying something new, and having fun along the way.

You'll spend time at the pottery wheel learning the basics of centering and shaping clay, then switch gears to explore handbuilding techniques to create a second unique piece.

• Hands-on instruction in wheel throwing and handbuilding

• All clay and materials

• Use of studio tools and supplies

• Glazing and firing of two finished pieces

• A private, creative studio experience

No experience necessary! Just bring yourself, a little creativity, and a willingness to get messy.

Your finished pottery will be glazed, fired, and ready for pickup once complete. Pottery typically takes 4–6 weeks to be ready.
